On round 3 of the sudoku tournament (Linked puzzles) I found the small grid explaining which rules applied where slightly confusing - do the rules apply to each 9x9 grid (including the overlapping cells)? In particular do the rules for C apply to the 81 cells in the centre...

Quick couple of things on round 2 of the sudoku. Apologies for my ignorance but I don't know the term "Parity". From the example I am guessing it means both odd or both even, but I thought I would check. Also, the example for puzzle 6 has the wrong solution. I think it should be "8 9&...
