The Italians are hosting a Sudoku contest here: http://www.argio-logic.net/indexuk.php?p=contest
"The contest will start on Thursday 22:00 (GMT +1) and will end on Monday 10:00 am.
You have two and a half consecutive hours to complete the sudoku variants."
Appears they do so monthly. Good practice for all budding WSCers! I see very little British interest in past contests.
You will need to register on their forum http://www.argio-logic.net/forum/index.php

More precisely, there is one sudoku contest each week on Argio-Logic:PuzzleScot wrote: Appears they do so monthly. Good practice for all budding WSCers! I see very little British interest in past contests.
This weekend happens an "hybrid contest": http://www.argio-logic.net/indexuk.php?p=hybrid ,
Next weekend is the contest you've announced,
From 26-28 Aug is a "classic only" contest: http://www.argio-logic.net/indexuk.php?p=contestclassic ,
From 2-4 Sept is the contest "headshrinker" (tough grids): http://www.argio-logic.net/indexuk.php?p=headshrinker ,
And from 9-11 Sept is the "roulette" contest: http://www.argio-logic.net/indexuk.php?p=roulette ,
and so on...
Sure that there are good practice tests, if you like to play online.

Fred, thanks for clarifying.
You will get more response (I think) if you post the contests as individual topics in this forum in the week leading up to the contest.

It was just an information. I just wanted that readers of this forum know that there is not only a contest each month but a contest each week on the italian site.PuzzleScot wrote:Fred, thanks for clarifying.

I already open a thread on french forum http://sudokuvariante.forumactif.com/ and I try to post on my blog about each sudoku competition. So, I don't want to spend my life announcing tournaments on every forums
