Almost, I understand the rules.
:!: Please explain clear. the number in Star is 7.
:?: If "7" must be consecutive with adjacent in it's row and it's column?! (because there is only 1 star in this puzzle, and it has "7").

The 7 in the star is a normal 7. It has no 'consecutive' rules.
There are six white circles in the sky. These are the 'stars'. They show pairs of consecutive numbers.

Nice one, thank you for that puzzle. . . :) :)
congratulation to my countryman Avina and i will hope to make new puzzle in the future ;) ;)
as well in the hope some day Iran will held a round of WPC Competition and people like Avina show their capability and competence in making puzzle.
